Anyone who says they are open-minded is lying. It is not natural to be open minded, it is just considered to be correct. People have a set way of understanding the world, and they don't function well if that understanding is shaken up too much. They might be open minded about some choices presented to them in life, or open-minded about politicalized issues, but they are probably pretty set in their opinions on most things. I myself am quite closed-minded, but try to be open minded when it comes to things that might affect the well-being of people or the environment.

It depends on the subject. I try to be open minded, but on certain things, like child abuse, I am sooo closed minded. You could not get me to look at things from another point of view for a million dollars.

I'm more open-minded than closed-minded. But on certain issues, I am closed minded, but on more issues I'm open-minded.

Open on alot. However when valid and unrefutable diatrabe, decency, law and especially common sense seem to all meld together. My mind becomes closed unless convinced otherwise.
Notice that I said "convinced". Beyond a shadow of a doubt and when I can sleep knowing I made the right decision.
