Most Banks will allow you to open a Savings Account and give you an ATM card that only access that account. Card cannot be used as debt/ credit card. Good Luck.

You can open a bank account with any bank with "cash". Or if you have a job that offers "direct deposit" you can take a pay stub to any bank of your choice and sign up for a checking/savings account for "direct deposit". No matter your credit history, if you have cash, you can get a bank account, with a drivers license, phone number and SSN! Good luck!

you can go to any ban and open up a savings with bad credit trust me i have one and my husband killed my credit but i have to have it active for 3-4 months before i can do a checking ok

Banks don't look at your credit. They only care if you are in ChexSystems.
