I hate it most when I go out to eat and it happens. Especially when I go somewhere expensive and am paying for quallity service and atmosphere.

lol im ok with it normally but if that person just talks so loud that they dont even notice it and they just keep doing and doing it then yeah cuz its just plain rude.
