At my old school, I felt a lot like Charlie Brown because I was getting dumped on, and the people I went to for help wound up being the ones who pulled the rug from under me. Sound like Lucy anyone?
Nowadays, I feel a little like Linus. I want to beleive the best in people (Great Pumpkin, Easter Beagle) but I need my security blanket to keep me on an even keel. But with that blanket, I can do anything!
