I have pcos and have been on my period for three weeks its a symptom of my pcos so yes it is possible. My question is in these last three weeks could I have gotten pregnant because my period was heavier than normal and big clots now it is light and been spotting for the last couple days.

Your period is not the only sign of pregnancy. If you think ur pregnant then take a test or see a doctor. Sometimes stress and worry can make a big change in your period. I have known people that had a period or spotted during there whole pregnancy.

Why keep guessing, take one of those home pregnancy tests or go to your doctor or a clinic. Find out for sure.

Take a test. It would still register the pregnancy hormone if you were.
