I don't think that being a prick defines your attitude towards your job but more like lazy. If the job sucks that much that it completely de-motivates you from working completely that you need to go on the dole then this clearly indicates the height of your laziness. the question is do you hate your job because you are lazy and much prefer to sit on your **** all day stooping down the insignificant life of a dole bludger. or do you genuinely hate your job because it is complete bore and the customers drive you absolutely mad. If i were you i would accomplish something else. resign from your job before they fire you. then find something more along the lines that would motivate you to live in the working society. find something that you would be respected by. if you do however decide to resign and go on the dole, then at least do something worthwhile with all the spare time you have. perhaps you could do some further education in something you might enjoy. or you could volunteer somewhere that you would enjoy. there are a million other opportunities out there that will prevent you from ending up a useless dole bludger.

I read your Q! LMFAO!!!!! My wife says you should work at the store she does! Then you'd have a really good feeling of being abused! The "Head Cashier" was told by a manager that she needed to wash her face more often to get rid of her zits!! This was said at her station in front of customers!

All I can say is; b/c on the stairs.

Whoaaaaaaaa!
Take a deep breath pal.
First of all, I do not envy people in retail. You all have the most difficult jobs. Dealing with myriads of people and moods etc on a daily basis. I say find what you love to do and stick with it!

Customers are not something to be dealt with: they are the reason you are getting paid. Treat them good.
