you should try bleaching it or getting a stain remover from the store. the stain removers with the scrubs at the top are usually pretty effective

I asked this recently and was told it was my sweat at fault. I think it is a combination of perspiration and deodorants.
I continue to try to find one that doesn't stain.

I used OxyClean AND Bleach. And that works for me.

Hmm... Those don't really come out. Try bleach. If that doesn't work throw away the shirt

I would try using applying straight ammonia, rubbing it into the troubled areas then washing in very hot water... if it shrinks then... I guess it would give us an excuse to lose some weight???
