I'm trying to understand why she's singing about Tim McGraw..the song doesn't make sense..is a blonde young girl..maybe early 20's ..anyone heard/seen the song/video? its a country song

I have heard the song, and I think it's pretty. She is singing to her ex, reminding him about all the special parts of the relationships. One of those special things is their shared love for Tim Mcgraw. So she hopes that he will always remember her, especially when he hears a Tim McGraw song. Does that help?
