I would say yes...my doc says yes and I have to eat at least 6 times a day even if it's just a small snack to keep from almost constantly being hungry. Also, a lot of people mistake hunger for thirst...try drinking something like water or juice or milk and see if it makes u feel just as full as eating something. It could just be that you're dehydrated and mistaking it for hungry, and I think it's always a better alternative to drink something rather than eat extra and gain extra if having a drink solves the problem just as well.

It's normal, and healthy. If you stay away from the junk food as you say you are, then eat, eat, eat. You and the baby need it.
Of course talk with your doctor if you think you are gaining too much, but if you stil feel comfortable, blood pressure is okay, etc. Then munch away. When you finally have your little one you often find yourself too tired to fix anything, let alone take the effort to eat it. ( that is if you have the time..)
And if this makes you feel any better, I went from 135 lbs. to 206 by the time I had my son! Wow! I was totally okay though, and even snuck in a few donuts from time to time...I was eating constantly. You know, a craving is craving when your pregnant!
If you decide to breastfeed the weight will come off even faster.

Be very careful about eating all the time. I have gestational diabetes with this pregnancy and my last. With my last pregnancy I was always hungry and found out it was because my blood sugars were really out of wack. In a few weeks you'll have your Glucose tolerance test done and that will let you know if you have gest. diabetes or not. Until then try to eat small, healthy meals.

yes and take advantage of it because when you get further along you won't have any room for food because the baby will be taking up your entire stomach. but at the same time don't eat just to eat! you will gain weight quicker than you can blink your metabolism slows down drastically when youre pregnant try to eat as healthy as you can (although its hard) and make sure to treat yourself too don't make your pregnancy miserable by not giving into the cravings once in a while.

Even though unusual hunger is normal in pregnancy, our hormones can really throw us for a loop, this sounds a little on the extreme side. This could be nothing, but it sounds to me a bit like gestational diabetes. I think that you should see a doctor just in case. If it is nothing to worry about, then you won't be worried, and if it is something like diabetes, you can get it under control before it becomes a problem.
Hoping it's nothing, and congrats. :)

yes, this abnormal hunger is quite normal. I had this endless craving for Taco Bell (extra sour cream on EVERYTHING) when I was pregnant. FYI-you may have these "endless hunger" throughout your entire pregnancy. Just remember, you are eating for 2 now, but try to stick to healthy foods if possible.

well, you are doing alot better than i did, i was eating it seems like every 15-20 minutes after just eating a meal, its okay to eat like that, but just don't eat and then go to sleep, or be non active, you will have some serious weight gain.
