I believe it is copied incorrectly. Here is the correct balanced equation:

Ca(OH)2 + 2 HCl --> CaCl2 + 2 H2O

yes, there's a typo. Ca is 2+ charged. and OH is 1- charged so it's Ca(OH)2 thne it makes it much easier to balance the equation correctly.

The "Ca2(OH)2" doesn't make sense as calcium hydroxide is actually "Ca(OH)2". If this is a typo, then it can be easily balanced as:

Ca(OH)2 + 2HCl --> CaCl2 + 2H2O

If it isn't a typo, well, I dunno. Sorry.
