I spend a lot of time outdoors myself and being around nature seems to slow things down for me. I've lived around several beach communities and the people who live around the beach areas very different from the people who live in the crowded metropolitan areas. People who frequent the beach don't seem as high strung and stressed out as other people.

The beach is a very relaxing place to be. Sitting there staring out at the water watching the waves roll in. I'd love to live on a beach.

sitting on the beach toaking one and watching the surf, it doesn't get more relaxed then that!
