It´s easier to find them..... why should they look under every bridge to find the used ones anyway??

the answer is simple; it has nothing to do with the person's status, using universal precautions (hand washing, masks, gloves) and aseptic technique (pretty much keeping everything clean) is the responsiblity of every health professional. So it should matter not if you are in a prison, or a clinic in beverly hills, there is just a standard that must me met.

simple, it creates employment for somebody or company to make sterile needles. We all know that there is money to be made, even in death.

Because the people who administer the lethal injections are at risk of infection themselves if they don't. The excuted person doesn't to give a monkeys about it.

technically, it's so diseases dont infest in the corpse, but im not supposed to answer this question, just like "why do kamakazi pilots wear helmets" or "why is a carrot more orange than an orange?"

Death penatly can't be "cruel or unusual", such as sticking them with a dirty needle. Oxymoron I know...

coz if the injection failed and the fella lived he could sue if he got an infection from a dirty needle.

I reckon so - there are probably basic 'human rights' when it comes to execution (yes, I know). Bet it's procedured up to the hilt.
