When last saturday me and my friend went shopping, she was about to buy this perfume so she try to smell it by spraying it on me and sniff at me. I felt like I was dating a lesbi, I mean think about it she could just spray it on her and smell her self but she had to do it on me. But I cant really say its a harassment because I dont know rather she did it on purpose. So what do you think?

No, I dont think so.
But, if you're uncomfortable around her, then tell her.
Maybe she just thought you'd smell good in it.
Don't jump to conclusions.
You might end up hurting someone's feelings.
(Whether it's yours or hers.)
Talk to her about it.
Or, if you feel you can't do that, maybe stop hanging out with her.
(If it makes you that uncomfortable.)

I think that what your friend did is an extremely normal occurrence in a friendship, and I'm surprised that you are accusing your friend of sexual harrassment. What she did does certainly not constitute sexual harrassment. If you felt uncomfortable, you should speak with her about it. However, I strongly encourage you to be wary of where and about whom you are using terms and phrases such as "dating a lesbi" which are discerned by many as derogatory and defamatory.

Sexual Harrassment can only take place where you work and between workers away from the job. Unless she is also a co worker, then you are just getting sniffed by someone that thought it might be a cool thing to do.

Well lets just say if it smelt like crap atleast she wasn't the one wearing it. You obviously look like a cute human guinea pig for her to experiment on. Next time she does this i recommend dumping toilet bowl ( used if you like ) water on her and give her the sniff test. Or you could just simply tell her that wasn't nice and not to do it again-its hard to say no to friends but sometimes you got to or they will obviously use you.

sexual harassment is actually defined as something that occurs in a work situation that has an effect on you or your work environment. if you feel uncomfortable with your friend, let her know and ask her what's up. you could just be homophobic and paranoid.

where did she smell you? I think that has a lot to do, and if you felt unconfortable you should let her know.
May be she really didn't mean to...just remember that you have the right to stop whatever makes you feel "funny"

Good luck

Maybe she wanted to get to know you better. Have she ever tried anything like this before. It maybe if she was invading your space, and trying to make a move on you. Do you think she's that type of person? I think you are the judge of that one.

You've got a major case here. I recommend the best attorney you can find. You'll end up rich and won't have to work for the rest of your life.

Charging you're freind with sexual harassment is a reach in my opinion. Did she spray it on one of your bewbs? I think perhaps you're overreacting. Is you're friend gay?
