1. Yes he is soppose to be he is the main charactor of the Anime!
2. Yes in episode 1-100 (That's all I have seen) Ka-Ka-sensei only gives Sasuke extra lessions just like the Ura-sen-yeh. (someone who is perverted. forgot what it means. Also sorry if I spelt it wrong) Gives Naruto extra lessions!! It is just they favor in teaching them than teaching others!! See ka-ka-sensei can teach a lot to sasuke while the perverted man is better @ teaching naruto!(Also this guy taught Naruto's father)

1. Naruto is the strongest.
2. Sasuke posesses the Sharigan, just like him. Kakashi's teamate is called Uchiha Obito.
3. There is no episode in Rin. It's in the manga. Kakashi Gaiden starts at episode 200 which isn't released yet. There is a picture of her when Kakashi was injured my Zabuza, lying on the bed.

Reasons in answer 1.:
-Naruto let Sasuke win, even Sasuke wanted to kill him.
-learned a jounin techinique at age 12. Kage Bushin.
-learned Summoning Techique at genin.
-learned Rasegan in 3 weeks, when the 4th hokage learned in a year.

1. yes naruto is the strongest
2. no its just that kakashi knows that sasuke has the curse seal, and want to train sasuke to beat orochimaru so that he dosent want to go with him, and kakashi's worried about him, and know that naruto is being traind by jiraiya.
3.rin is Kakashi’s teammate and admire of him she is a wonderful medical ninja. sorry but shes not in the episode i think shes only in the manga

1) it depends on how you look at it naruto or sasuke could be the strongest
2) whilst it seems that way he cares about them all but is more worried about naruto cause of what is inside him
3) cant remember that one sorry but i love the show i never miss an episode

1. naruto is because he has the nine tailed demon fox inside of him that makes him Strong and plus he has a lack to succeed in whatever he is doing.

2. no he does not he just observes his squad and finds out what their personal strengths are and there weaknesses.

3. i am not sure because i have not gotten that far but there are over 100 episodes of naruto so it might take a while

yes, basically naruto is like the strongest out of sukura, sasuke, neji, tenten, etc. u get the point
yes, kakashi have most of his focus on sasuke but he DOESN'T have all his interest on sasuke.
im not a big fan of naruto so thats all i can answer
