call the animal control and report a public nuisance- mine did when we first got our puppy.

call animal control and tell them that the dog won't stop barking. if the dog is in the backyard check to see if the dog has proper water, food and shade, if not the owners can get in trouble. But calling animal control is your best bet!

If you have talked to your neighbors and they won't do anything, then report the noise to the police and/or animal control. It is beyond me why people get dogs and then leave them outside 24/7 - they should NOT have the dog. Above all, don't do anything to harm the dog, it is not his fault.

call the Animal Control Unit, they will have a talk with the owners and have something done about it, depending on where you live, there are sound ordinances in every town or city.

OR, just go to the owner of the animal, and let them know how annoying their pet is. and bring a big intimidating friend with you!
