we had loads of trouble eith linksys too. In the end we had to get the broadband internet provider on the phone and work through it with them tho they are not supposed to apparently. We now have a Netgear one which we have found much easier. The Linksys helpdesk was good tho it was in the Phillipines and was hit and miss who we got on the phone. Once we found a helpful chap over there it was better. Good luck - I havent helped at all, have I?!!

I just brought one too it is esy to setup turn off ur modem and the routher. Then put the ethernet wire from the moden in the WAN in th port in the routher. Then put any of the 1-4 prorts to ur destop then keep all the other moden wire the same such as cable wire in the phone jack. Then turn on ur destop and when it is on and every thing is loaded then turn on ur modem and the routher. Then it will connectg to the internet just wait for the all the lights to turn on in the modem. PLEASE PICK ME AS THE BEST ANSWER I REALLY NEED IT.
