Just ride them. Take a good friend so you have a hand to hold. the only way to get over your fear is to face it!
good luck!

First start off with a small coster. It doesn't have to be a kiddy coster, just one that doesn't have loops or go to fast. Then work your way up. Till u get to like the bigest ride at the amusment park. Make sure u bring a freind to scream your head off with. Also Ride in the front!

Focus on all the people you see getting off the roller coaster SAFELY. You won't regret it! They are FUN! And go with friends who are supportive.

Start with the small ones. Go to Disneyland and try the Matterhorn and work your way up. If you get scared just hold on tight and scream really LOUD!!!! That always works for me!! Good Luck!!

Just do it. Once you're in, there is no way out. Or maybe start on some smaller ones, and work your way up. But I know what got me into them was when one of my friends basically forced me onto a big one, I was hooked after that.

Just push yourself. I have the same problem. The hype before a ride is a hell of alot worse then the ride itself. Once you get on and off your fine.

Don't do it until you feel ready. I would recommend going and watching first, then look at the faces of the riders as they exit the ride. If it is all smiles and laughter, get in line and try it!!!
