Try hairspray in a pump.Spray the stain and let it soak in.Rub the fabric together between your hands. Then rinse with cold water . Repeat if needed.

I've found spray n' wash to be most effective. Soak it (with the spray n' wash) in cold water for a while, then wash it. DO NOT dry it--that'll set the stain. If it still hasn't come out, do it again. I've gotten tomato sauce off of a white shirt before this way.
