Why do employers live in cloud cookoo land?

Question

Ie expecting people to be happy working for money that would not cover their rent.


Be wanting to work for such wages in a job using 2% of their brain for life.

Expect young people to to want to go out clubbing, on the pull etc.

Expect people not to fall in love at work.

Thinking a haircut determines ability to do a good job.

Having the attiude that someone is only enemplyed as lasy and not as nobody will give you a job as nobody gave you one.

Thinking that people who have an attiude against employers as treated bad wont loose it as soon as you treat them right...

Think all other emplyers are persfect and any applicant who says they were jerks has an attiude problem instead of honest. And have the brains to realise that if they treat tehm well they will sing their praises instead.

Say they want team work then get upset when people describe team work based on helping each other out not being a drone.

Wanting the cv in date not brainy/relavant job order etc

Well examples below... why does this indicate a bad attiude? whats bad about it?

Stating truth not lies...

Most of the above are not intelligent acts based on the holiness of logic and reason.

Bad attiude is bweing back stbbing, bitchy or bullying for pleasure.


it is not highlighing clear flaws in bad leadership and decsionmaking not based on reason.


So explain if you are able exactly whay this is an unheathy bad attiude or that all you need to remove a bad attaiude someon may have from bad treatment id to treat that person well.

Those deserving of respect dont have fragile attiudes. WThey are resoned, intelligetn and so good at their job that people ask them for help, hence leader.

Someone sacred of critcisim of decision making based of silly things like aabove should not be leader.


Oh and know typing is not perfect... so whats the relavance unless a typing job?

Leaders must earn the respect of those below them to be seen as leaders not the other way around.

Ie some silly employer who places the people who live in the north of a ciy in the south cafes and vica versa for a research project, putting the short hours wanting people with the long hours and those seeking and willying to work hard to get the short hours...


Typical thick employer... It does not matter if intern, manager, ceo or president... Logic makes sence.

Likewise why would you consider sticking lables on films as a great job comparet to an aircraft engineer...

Given this questions content and that of your previous questions, taking into account your tone and English use, it would not come as a surprise to me if you were unemployed. You need a SERIOUS attitude adjustment. You sound almost like a 16 year old looking for his first job, or it could just be your sounding Immature.

Employers are looking for someone who would represent their company in the best possible sense. Any member of staff working for a company is a representative of that company. They also want one that would fit in (as a team-player), and not alienate the rest of the staff.

In an organisation where everyone looks good in a suit, someone in a scruffy shirt and trousers would look out of place. Taking pride in the way you dress shows clearly that you take great pride in appearance.

If you are just starting out, then of course your salary will be low; you are inexperienced, and have no practical experience of Business operations. So, compared to people who do have experience or do know Business Operational procedures, rules, regulations and practices, why should you get the same pay.

Furthermore, if you are being paid on par with your skills and experience, then you are obviously setting your sights too high for a property, so you should reconsider your ideas at this stage in your life.

If you feel you are only using 2% of your brain, you are in the wrong job. You want a career choice that better suits your knowledge, skills and experience.

Who are you to judge whether a job is brainy or not. Different people have different perceptions of brainy. Chronicle order is a mutual stand point that lets them decide. A Medical Doctor may have spent 6 years at the best University, but may be absolutely useless at handling customers.

My question for you: If you are not employed, and are not lazy, why have you been out of work so long? Does the answer not tell you to change your attitude?

I wish you luck in your job hunting, but you do need to consider what is more important: Your Ego or fitting the market to get a job.

By the way, If your suit does not keep you warm, or is uncomftorble, or so on and so on: Buy a new Suit.

Why don't you try being an employer for a day and see if you still think the same way by bed time.

Or you could try self-employment, then you can have such joyful experiences as dealings with the tax office and the VAT office and the Health and Safety Executive and then find the money to pay for all your overheads, energy, raw materials, etc! and when you are left with a pittance in your hand for all the work you've done, you can relax in the knowledge that you have to start the whole think all over again the next day.
