I will save you the trouble of watching the movie. In the movie it is what the women say when they are doing something liberating. So when ever they do something that makes them feel wild, free, and in control they yell Towanda! It is kinda like burning their bras! lol It is a pretty good movie if ya haven't seen it some people say it is a "chick flick" but when ya have murder, crazy accidental deaths, and canabalism in a movie it can't be all bad! lol
