Gain weight. At any specific, given weight, your breast size is determined solely by your genetics. However, given that breast tissue is primarily fat, the more overall weight you gain from fat, the larger your breasts will be.
But since I doubt you're looking to become obese just to enlarge your breasts, you're stuck with what God gives you unless you artificially enhance.

Boob Job, but that's not the only way, You could always put on weight. The best way to get big boobs but its a limited time only, is to have a baby. Get pregnant and watch those puppy's grow..

You know, you can make them more shapely with exercise, and in my book that beats size anytime.
They sell rubber tension exercise units, and or you can do some push ups. If full push ups are too hard starting off pivot off your knees.
Be happy with who you are, and don't fall for the idea that you need to fit some commercialized notion of attractive.
Also, as you age, you will appreciate the advantages of not having a major sag.

I guess it depends on your body shape some women naturally get bigger in that area when they gain weight.

If your still young don't worry too much as they grow as you get older. If you put on weight they will grow but remember to moisturise them regularly.

try takin hormons dey might make dem grow bigger, but if u r a teen wait till ur 17 and above b4 u start worrin.....

why don't you wear push up bras it would make them appear bigger. Size is not everything really. Be happy with yourself and see what you think is so little work for you :).

there are creams that supposed to work,try ebay,doctors say there is nothing that helps,but its only male docs who say this what do they know!! unless you've tried them you cant say that they dont work, its easy for people to say be happy with your body when so many men(especially on this site)say they like big boobs
