Hi I have my best frien and her mother can pay her university and i love her.i know her1 Month and i help her one time but This one is hard.I got the monney !!! but Dont know if is ok to do it.

I don't know............. One month is not long enough, You don't know if she will dump you after you pay for her college. If you knew her longer it might be ok. I am just saying what I would do if in your shoes.

You are being scammed.
You have known her 1 month, and she is your "best frien" and you "love her".
Already you have helped her "one time".
You are being used for money.

this is very difficult. are you expecting her to return the money? If you are you probably should not lend the money. I went through this myself and lent someone money...they agreed to return the money and did not and now they are mad at me! So from my experience you should only lend money if you do not need the other person to return it.
good luck, it is a difficult decision
