On some men, it's absolutely gorgeous. On others, not so nice. It all depends on how unkempt it is. There's sexy scruffy (which is usually short and somewhat controlled) and then there's scary scruffy.

A well-maintained beard is very attractive. Scruffy, not so much.

No,scruffy is sexy, Just don't grow a beard and you'll be ok. Other wise if your clean shaven or scuffy then your cute or very sexy.

I'm a guy, but from my experience's, it all depends on the taste of the female( or females) who your trying to impress.
(Also it helps to have a well defined chin for scruffyness to look cool.)
