if your server uses postini block the mail there,, if you can't block then tag it as spam,, if that doesn't work usually failing to read or respond to it gets them to stop.

Do you realise that your e-mail is exposed in your nick, right now? Anyone can take it and send you all sorts of junk. Change your nick. Never put your e-mail on any website.
About your question, mark one of his/her messages as "spam", you'll never see them in your inbox anymore. (if your e-mail allows you to do so.)
You can't prevent somone from e-mailing you, just like you can't preven someone from sending you regular mail, if they have your address. you can choose not to read it.

Change ur email adress... Or use the "Block" tool on ur email OR move their emails into the "JUNK" folder

dont email them back and after a while they should stop.
