Order a pizza, pour a glass of wine, put on some soft jazz, sit down, put your feet up, close your eyes, relax.
Then, jump with eyes wide open at the sound of the doorbell, knock the glass of wine over, run for your purse, hit your shin on the coffee table, cuss loudly, and answer the door to see a pimply faced teenager laughing at you. Those unwind moments just don't last long enough.

Take a hot bath/shower. That should relax you some. Then grab a good book or movie and some chocolate/ice cream/snack and enjoy. Oh, and don't think about all the bad stuff that happened. Just focus on yourself.

Take off your clothes, and take a nice tub with nice scents, and candles. Grab a glass of wine, close your eyes, and relax. Then after an hour, make a nice dinner, and indulge in a dessert you really like. Good Luck ~

A nice hot shower, a couple glasses of wine, and make love to the person you love or even to yourself if you don't have a significant other. Just relax and put the events of the day behind you.

Listen to relaxing music, read a book, or go hang out at the hot tub at the local gym.

If you enjoy it, Running, or even just a long brisk walk can really clear your mind. Also, Baths, Books, Movies, or doing something artistic (painting, drawing, pottery throwing... etc. ... ) can keep your mind off of just about anything.

I would suggest a nice bubble bath with candles all around and soft music playing and a special someone with you.

Start off by taking your shoes off and let me rub your feet...Then maybe I would draw you a warm bath with candles surrounding the tub... and begin to massage your back, then thighs, and then...who knows???
