Lower abdominal pain?

I have been having lower abdominal pain that moves from one side to another it is kind of a cramping pain and sometimes I have gass with it? not for sure if it is related to GI or reproductive...i.e....ovaries... ? any advice would help.....last pap one year ago normal...never had abnormal one.

I get those alot. For me, it has to do with the fact that I am often irregular and have IBS. The fact that you have gas with these pains means it probably has to do with your GI. Consult your doctor if you are extremely irregular or if the pain occurs often.
