1. I dislike disorder so much. It's actually a relief to be able to back everything up on disc.

2. I always label each photo as I download them into my computer, otherwise they accummulate & it's overwhelming & timely to do the task.

3. I print just a few to send to family and friends. I don't want to give them a bunch of clutter to deal with.

4. It's especially annoying & rude, when people send 10 + unasked for, unlabeled jpgs of their photos via email, or on a disc. The disc is fine if they label each picture. I'll watch the slide show at my convenience.

I'm a photographer, and I have years and years and years of photos and negatives piled up in a place reserved for just that. I do have a lot of photo albums, and I have LOTS of framed photos everywhere around my house.

Oh, goodness. I am perhaps the most unorganized person ever. I have photos everywhere. I try to keep them in a central location, and will eventually try to put them in albums.

I store all my computer pictures in various free places including http://dropshot.com/ http://imageshack.com , etc. In today's world, you don't have to pay a nickel for most stuff online. There're free demos, free websites and such.
