First of all you should have clocked in as soon as you started working or asked a manager to do so.It seems that maybe this manager doesn't like you for some reason.Talk to the head manager and explain what is happening. If you do not get satisfactory results then i suggest you get a hold of corporation. If they want to find a way to fire you they can.Been there(Wall Mart) they fired me because i was out on medical leave too long. When i came back they cut my hours drastically. Then they said i didn't show up for work one day.I wasn't on the schedule the evening i left work. Some how someone added me with out my knowledge.Good luck..

You say you don't/can't drink so why would he or any other manager think that you were drinking? If other managers took you aside to talk about the problem (obviously there is some kind of problem) why didn't you just explain that to the manager on Friday night? You need to be more cooperative and communicative with your managers. You are the employee and it is there job to manage you. I don't think they should fire you but I would talk to my manager before this goes any further.

You should definitely take this to your regional manager. It is entirely inappropriate for a manager to be discussing anything relative to your job performance or personal problems (whether they're true or not) in front of other coworkers.

I don't think they can fire you, but if they do, I believe you may have a lawsuit on your hands.
You need to contact the CEO of Wal Mart ( John Fleming )
Try going to WalMart.com and see what you van find there in contacting him and telling him about the incident.
Don't let that idiot bully you !!!! Show him you can bully back !!!!

PS....Managers get fired too !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd be pissed about that. Single that guy out and let him get what he deserves. You can get fired tooeven if there was no proof. You need to stand up for yourself and go to a lawyer to discuss this.

with out any proof no, and if they do you can sue, and if you sue you will win. I wouldnt worry about it. Wal-mart already gets really bad PR with how they treat their employees they wont want to make it worse.
