I've had a drop or two come out when I have sneezed really hard but not actually peed my pants.
I bet most of your yes answers will come from women. I don't think men usually have this problem. That's why women should do those Kegel exercises!

Yes - I am afraid I have. It has also happened to me when I coughed hard on the train, but only a little bit.
It is due to weak pelvic floor muscles, which can be caused by having a baby. You can do exercises to strengthen them. In severe cases you can have corrective surgery, I believe - otherwise it's Tena Lady, I'm afraid!
Back to the sneezing. My partner says my sneezes are the loudest he has ever heard - he puts his hands over his ears!
When I was teaching Reception Class children, when they first heard me sneeze, it often caused silence in the room!

I've learned that if you have to pee and expect sneeze then you'd better get to the WC fast! You cannot stop a sneeze that wants to come and if it triggers the waterfall then it's near impossible to stop. Just like it is impossible to sneeze with your eyes open.

when I was pregnant, I sure did. It was horrible. Didn't pee a lot, but a little. I don't embarrass easily, but I was actually embarrassed at that!
