Has the Old Main clock stopped chiming at Penn State University?

I was there this past weekend, and it wasn't doing the chimes every 15 minutes like it used to. Did they change it to stop doing this?

I have no idea, but it worked fine at the end of Spring 2006. I can't imagine that they would ever stop it on purpose. I'll find out when I move back to happy valley in 2 weeks!
