Im 14 and ive been on alot of trainers. I suggest ball control drills like traping the ball (Air borne/ on ground), Sum Stamina drills like running (Kids tend to get tired if u make em run alot =)), Shooting Drills (Power Finnese) vry good for accuracy and power ( 2 passers each one on the opposite side of the posts, 1 passes to a player near the 18th and 1 passes near the 6th.The player will try to get both shots in and if they miss 2 their out, if they miss 1 their still in, and if they make both, the player either gets to bring back 1 person or challenge some1. If the person tht is challenged made both of the shots the player tht challenged is out but if the challenged decides to bring some1 in instead of Knocking the challenger out the player tht challenged is still in. Ummm... Try challenging them with contests like who can juggle the most. One drill thts vry challenging is a passing drill my trainer made up. (There are two boxes about 10 ft or more apart and the boxes are probably 3 ft in all(the square). The players will try to chip the ball to the other box and the other will try to trap it and keeping the ball inside the box (if the other 1 doesnt trap the ball and it goes out of the box the other player gets the point). This goes for keeping it on the ground as well... try experimenting with tht drill. Umm.... those are the only drills i can think of....for now tht is..... im glad to help u coach =)

im not a female soccer player but my uncle is a recruiter he says that a college recruiter looks more for a player that has experience such as number of games played or number of goals scored and and number of pks shot and made on some applications to colleges they ask for the name and number of a highschool and club coach Im sort of in the same situation resistence training is best for speed such as running up stairs and against gravity good drills involve simple moves such as snakes and scissors get as many touches on the ball as possible and practice sprinting and dribbling more than anything
