No! I personally believe in the supernatural, and well, first, you need to ask two questions...
How did that person die?
Did that person have hatred in their hearts toward people!
But even then, you should walk around your place, with salt and anointed oil, from a church, and the spirits will leave if you ever come into contact with something like that. Most people don't know this.....it truly works.

Absolutely!! Think of your new home as a place where you can care for the passed soul. You'll become a caretaker and possibly experience some really good energy from him at the same time.
My family and I lived in a house that was 161 y/o and it had to have a few estranged souls in it!! We didn't see them - we had three daughters living there as well - but we all felt they were there from time to time. They didn't seem to bother anyone. When we decided to sell - b/c of a job, my idea - we made nothing on the sale!!
Go for it!!

Absolutely not! When we first started looking for a house 2 years ago, I told the realtor - FIRST RULE - I will NOT live in a house where someone has died. It just completely creeps me out!
We bought a home from a couple who had lived happily there for 35 years (since the home was built) and I'm confident the happiness passed on to us. We've been nothing but blessed since we moved in.

Unless your family is the 1st to live in a house, someone probably died there. It would only bother me if they died a violent, bloody death or if they were not found for many days and had started to decompose by the time they were found.
In that case I would hope that an industrial cleaning was done by professionals because it would be gross to still have tiny bits of dead people in my house.

No! Never again! I did once and it was haunted cause it was so old (over 100 years) and so many people had died there! It freaked the heck out of me everynight!!! The ghost would hide our stuff and the next day it would turn up on the banister of the staircase! One night I heard a loud bang in the kitchen and the cupboard door was open and there was all this broken plates and stuff and it was in the middle of the night, I had NEVER been more scared in my life!!!

What? Do you believe in Ghosts? Hmmmm???... Well, I do, (sort of) I believe in 'spirits' But I don't think they are actually humans who have died. I think when humans die, we are dead until judgement day. Then and only then we rise from the dead. The other spirits, who may or may not be masquarading as 'human ghosts' are something completely different. I wouldn't worry about living in a place where someone has died. I've worked in nursing homes and hospitals, and lived in my parents house (where my Grandma died) and never experienced anything negative.

Literally we all live in land where someone once upon a time passed away. If you don't want the house, I'll take it

I would, depending on if there are still stains or if there is a smell still....or if there was something in the house that caused the death. Other than that, sure! Have you seen how expensive houses are these days?? A free house is like finding gold.
