Try looking for the caps lock.It is usely on the left side, and just press that and make sure the green button goes off where it says caps lock. good luck

Look at your keyboard, to the left of the letters and right above the "shift" key and find the little button that says "caps lock", once you find it, press it once with your finger.

press the caps lock button ( it should be near tab/shift/q/a/z) but i have a laptop so it maybe somewhere else on a pc.
