I dont have any weights at home and live far away from a gym.

run outside..
do drills go to websites and find them..you could do them outside

You could buy Yoga, Pilates or Tae Bo dvds and workout in your living room. If you are looking to put on muscle, you could invest in a Bow Flex machine. Check the web for more ideas. Good luck!

run outside.or u can just walk.start to gradually run for minutes at a time and build up speed.it works.i went from taking 1 1/2 hours to run 4 miles half of them uphill and now i take around 45 minutes.

do the tv workout - when ever a commercial comes on, knock out as many push-ups as you can. when that commercial's over and the next one starts, knock out as many crunches as you can - keep alternating until your show comes back on - if you watch tv for 3-4 hours you will do hundreds of each and you will see results very quickly - good luck

Push ups, sit ups, jogging, bicycling, walking, jumping jacks, pretty much anything that raises your heart rate. Good luck.

start by walking or dancing everyday then go into more strenuous exercises. oh they also have low impact workout dvds at the dollar stores

press ups ,lifting anything, chin ups on trees, running ............ so many things!
