There's no telling when bird flu will be found in US. Recently some geese in Michigan have tested positive for a mild form of the disease which apparently was present in North America already and which is not related to the one found in Asia. So no news actually. But it is believed come fall the migratory birds which will be on the move once again might carry the virus into North America as well. So far, Asia is heavily hit by the virus and parts of Africa and Europe have also recorded outbreaks. Are you saying dead people don't buy houses or you don't buy a house from dead people, maybe you are superstitious about a house with dead people in it, or you wouldn't want to buy now what could be free after the bird flu hits?.......Well, 'Retarded Question', I suggest you go ahead and buy a house as soon as you find one to your liking because if your prediction of "lots of dead people" is correct, unless you are a roach, you won't have to worry about houses anymore.
