I might have to get glasses soon. I want contacts, but I don't have enough money. I'm a teenager, and I'm not ugly or anything. But I'm worried that I'll look aweful and geeky in glasses.

I hope that they aren't considered "dorky" any longer as I use them for reading and have for a couple of years. Some people actually find them interesting and the people who wear them as a seductive. So don't feel bad about having to wear glasses as it wasn't that long ago that they were very much in vogue and people would get them whether they needed them or not.

No, they're not dorky. Get a pair that looks good on you, and compliments your facial features as well as your fashion style. Lots of glasses look really cute! Some people even get fake glasses to compliment an outfit!
Have fun with them - you can think of them as a fashion accessory. :)

No! Glasses are now quite fashionable,AND there are some very attractive ones available! Choose a pair that suits your shape face,ones that YOU like,not what others think you should be wearing! Good luck,hope it all works well for you!

I'm getting glasses this week too. They can look stylish, you have to decide on your look - just like choosing clothing styles.

nope not dorky at all its all in the type of glasses you use..get the one tahts hpae your face and hair and eyes and you be looking stylish;)

trust me i wear glasses all the time & i also have contcats when i model ! try designer D&G thats what i wear or try on every pair untill you find on that you like trust me its not that bad ! wearing glasses is hot !!! best luck â¥

omg no!! i have glasses too. they are completly normal and a ton of people have them. i have contacts too though,but i wear my glasses alot. if you choose the right ones, they'll look great.
