using the mascara that has the 2 step appliance may work better. The first step is the white layer that lengthens your eye lashes while covering the root as well. And the second step is the black that covers up everything.

First, curl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler. Use a mascara that has a thin brush. A thin brush will allow you to reach down to the root of your eyelashes, also making them appear longer. You can also try using a clear mascara.

You may want to have your eyelashes professionally tinted. Consult a licensed cosmetologist for more information.

When you put on your mascara, make sure you go above and below the lashes -- you have to work outward from the top of the lashes, and then go below the lashes. Make sure you go all the way to the base of the lashes.

Another alternative would be false eyelashes. Again, talk to the cosmetologist about this, so you learn how to do it correctly.

Put it on dark. Like the picture in your avatar. Give yourself long lustrous dark and sexy eyelashes to go with your red hair. You'll really stand out!!! Beautiful!

since you have a light complexion i would suggest dark brown or brownish black mascare, would stay away from black because black tends to be a little too harsh, and it gives you the hooker look however if you want something that looks more antural i would stick with brown.

go to yonkers, hudsons or macy's depending on wear you live and talk to the make up lady. Hey or maybe mary kay or your avon lady and at least with her you can send it back if it doesn't work.
