Is kids.com a legitimate children modeling agency?

I received a letter from kids.com saying they are interested in having my child model. Is this a reputable company? I have never put my children through any modeling agencies and am kind of weary in anything that's offered to children. Just wanted to know if anyone out there has contacted that company and what has been your experience?
