I like a girl who's my friend, she knows it and she says that she feels something strange, should I ask her to be my girlfriend now or should I wait?

just do it. don't be scared. she will let u know if she's not interested, or if she needs time, or if she likes you.
1st of all, never be scared of rejection. u know why? because u don't want to waste ur time on someone who Doesn't Want You! let's say ur scared, that she will say no. if she is going to say no..do u Really want to wait weeks and months liking and pining away, when in fact she doesn't like you? =T.... nope. i'm all for being a Man, going for what YOU want, and knowing why. u like her! if she likes u, find out! if she doesn't, move on! it may be scary and sad if she says no, but at least u'll get it out of the way. if ur cool w/ her, at least she won't be scared to talk to u. remember, ur asking her to be with you. if u are a great guy, and she says no, she is missing out. not cuz she's a b****, not cuz she's mean, but because she's not right for you. so don't worry. a girl likes to know that the guy can take charge, can take care of her. i had a boyfriend that tried sooo hard to ask me out, i kept saying no, i only like u as a friend. LoL....he asked me so much, and he was so sweet, i finally said yes! so diligence is rewarded; if i really didnt' like him, i would've stopped talking to him. but if he never asked me out, i wouldn't have even Thought of him that way.

I think you should wait if you really care about her if you dont then you can go right ahead and mess up our friendship unless you care about her.... wait.
