I am reading it at school because as i am form argentina its common.... he is very good i like the way he writes but he makes me think... oh yes, he does!
anyone read him? opinions?

Yes, Borges makes one think, and he can be so entertaining in doing so.
A mí me parece que los cuentos que hay en El Aleph y en Ficciones son los mejores.
If you find his style a little strange or bizarre, perhaps you could start reading Manual de Zoología Fantástica or Historia Universal de la Infamia. They are full of short stories and you can read several per day.

And I have read him, even I'm not from Argentina and I love him. Why are you so afraid to think? There are few people thinking in our days, so read Borges and others and think, think....and you'll be better.
