They just moved in last week. They are very friendly but don't speak any English.

I keep telling them that I have never owned a llama, don't know anything about llamas, and am not interested in learining anything about llamas.

How do I get it to sink in???

They're asking your name, as in "Como se llama?" The polite answer is "Me llamo es... {John, or Larry, or whatever your name is}". (My name is....) And you can also say, "Lo siento, no hablo espanol" (I'm sorry, I don't speak Spanish)

They are trying to find out what your name is.

The next time they ask, point at yourself and say very slowly:

"MY... LLAMA ...IS ... CALLED.... DERWOOD."
