The headlights on my Cadillac Catera are very yellow and foggy. I saw a product demo'ed by some guy in a Gas Station parking lot, but I was not gonna pay $20 to some guy for a bottle of stuff on the street corner.

Most auto part stores have what you need to polish out the lens but the yellowing may be the plastic itself that has discolored. You may have to replace them. Did you say Cadillac? OUCH!!! Big Bucks.

Are they made out of plastic? I've seen that happen on very old cars but a catera should be newer than that, and have glass lenses..

But anyways with my suv I had to remove the lense in order to clean it inside with warm water. That was what the body shop suggested anyways when I asked them. The alternative was to purchase new lenses.

Anyways good luck.

i use to have a mazda 626 with yellow headlights. I think the guy used rubbing compound and a buffing machine to remove it. Worked pretty well.

I don't remember the details, but Popular Science or Mechanics
had an article on this a little while back. Check their archives, or
email 'em.
