Ah the list is long...and how to pick among the many over-paid, over-publicized and over-rated hack-actors/actresses...?!? However, they're still actors...even on TV...
Off the top of my head, I'm going with:
Male: Hayden Christensen (Star Wars)
Female: Cameron Diaz (Charlie's Angels)
Both are nice to look at and can read their lines, but not much more to their characters than what's in the screenplay...
