If you want inexpensive shoes in a vustom color, I would recommend Payless Shoes. They have a bunch of different styles that you can have dyed for very little money. I found a pair of sandals with a heel that I loved and had them dyed to match a dress I was going to wear to a dance. The dress was an green-gold shade and the shoes matched perfectly. Plus, they offer the service of dying them black if you don't want them the custom color anymore.
