This guy at work seems to think that I am at his beck and call. I am the director of IT for a reason...When looking at the organizational chart, I am higher up than he is, but he still thinks he can come into my office, hover over me, and ask me to work on his issues myself. I have staff for that. I have complained to his supervisor. After all, he is not following procedure.
