I could really use some help. I need a small compact traditional Radio / CD Player system for my bedroom. I do not need one with a MP3 player, or one that plays more than three CDs. However, I would like somthing with big sound, that is small, simple, and elegant. Any help would be wonderful!

yamaha e600 or e700.. very nice although they do have a dvd player with them. There is a model called the e400 that doesn't have the dvd player and is equally as good. Sound from the speakers is fantastic and the pianocraft speakers are gorgeous. small, simple and elegant.. and not overly pricey either.
Or go to a proper hifi dealer to get proper advice and see the best range.

i think that if you can afford the smallest, cheapset IPOD, then go for it. they are much easier to use and care for. But, if you cannot, get a sony CD player, any new kinds from 2006.
check at best buy and circuit city websites to look at CD players and MP3 players- some might have ratings on them.

yea i agree with an ipod and buy some nice speakers then you not need loads of cds hanging around to get scratched! If you not want an ipod you could get a nice panasonic 3 disc cd player they have good quality sound and are reliable.......:o)
P.S don't buy an aiwa there are tacky and and not very reliable

I have an Aiwa. It's good-I've got it for a couple of years. Except now the CD player doesn't work.
