I disagree, suspended animation would be the opposite of "time elapsing" not "time." The opposite of time is "not time"!
Edit: After further consideration, "not time" is not the opposite of time, in the same way that "not fast" is not the opposite of fast.
Wait a minute...who said there is an opposite of everything?

the answer to any question of this type is simple...infinity dictates a neverending chain..but where u can continuously add on u can subtract just as well...infinite bigness and infinite smallness...u can cut something in half an infinite number of times right?...i think what you are asking is "is there a contraction of time, opposite of the expansion of time as we know it?"...infinity would dictate that to be true...but my favorite is the impossibility of the existence of nothingness..."Why are we here?"...thats why, nothingness is imposible because its sheer existence would be something
