The release in Argentina was about a week ago and like everyone in Buenos Aires saw it.. the first day of class when we went back to school everyone was talking about it... its the typical yankee movie but zac efron was marvellous! i dont really like blondies but he was very sweet!i have all the songs and i keep singing them...
where are you from and when was the premiere there? did you like it?

Yeah I liked it. DVD release was May 23, 2006 in the US.

Yeah, I liked it. And sorry, but I don't really think you're from Argentina. But, hey, who knows? I'm wrong on a few things but I'm not wrong saying that Zac Efron doesn't sing all of his parts. Drew Seeley wrote songs for the soundtrack and also sings for Troy's character at times (PLEASE CLICK HERE: http://imdb.com/title/tt0475293/trivia ). And Zac isn't a "blondie." I'm from the US of A and the premiere was...jeez, when? I can't even remember...in February?? I bought the soundtrack the day it came out on 2/18/06.

I'm from the UK n it's not on TV til September 22nd but i saw it on YouTube. It's kinda cheesy but what do u expect from a disney film? It's just a bit of fun n i luv it. I can't stop singing n dancing round the house so i'm driving my mum crazy. To all the critics lighten up it's not meant to be taken dead seriously. I don't think anyone else in my skool has seen it so i'm not following the crowd like everyone's always moaning about n finally I LUV ZAC EFRON n i don't care if u disagree!!!

im from australia and it was on tv, i liked it, not much of a storyline and songs sung by zac efron and vanessa anne hudgens were pretty cool, i wished they lipped kiss at the end. disney is making a sequel to this, with all the original characters from first movie.

It has been here in the U.S. for several months now. I wasn't planning to watch it, but after there were such good reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I was impressed with the musical talents of the actors and actresses, but that's about it.

no no no no no no no no no no that movie is a pathetic excuse for a movie! zach efron dancing and singing about how he loves to wear tights and play ball is sooooo fruity!!!!he sucks at sinign to! he is so lip singing! he is a pathetic cheap versoion of jess mcarthney or what ever that dud eon summer lands name is... well you have to get that song out of your mind befir it takes over you complety!!!!!!
