This question is lame and borderline racist. First of all there are like 10 million types of salsa and if the one you got taste bad chances are it’s just a mater of opinion. Maybe an authentic Mexican might think it tastes great. Secondly who cares what race the patrons are. Thirdly a dirty bathroom can mean two things ONE no one has gotten around to cleaning it or TWO no one cares.
Does it mean you should leave the restaurant? Id say try the food first. Look out, they might kick you out for impersonating a Mexican.

I tend to think the hygenic state of an establishments bathroom reflects the clenliness of their kitchen... If it's nasty then I'm generally grossed out and don't want to return. Don't hold bad salsa against them though... They have a whole menu and who's to say that the new employee didn't make that batch?
I don't know what you're implying by the whole Mexicans being there statement but I take that as a good sign at a Mexican restaurant...

No. I won't really care if the salsa sucks. I don't usually go to public bathrooms and I don't mind if all the patrons are Mexican. I just want the food to be good.

Not if the food is good aside from the salsa. Is it jar salsa or is it home made salsa with a lack of homemadeness? Who cares if the patrons are all Mexican. My only concern would be the health inspectors stamp of approval hanging someplace conspicuous on the wall.

If the Salsa sucks no. If the bathrooms are dirty double no. If all the patrons are Mexican- TOTALLY!!!!

what a question, I'd ask for more salsa, the patrons don't bother me and I wouldn't use the bathroom. I don't believe I have ever been in a Bad Mexican restaurant, its aways been good food and margarita's.

No. That doesn't mean that the food is going to suck. Having all the employees be Latino (how could you know they're not from another Latin country?) would make me think the food would be good, since it comes from there culture. I've eaten at a number of places where the bathroom is kind of gross but still the food is a knockout and very cheap. How could salsa ever be bad?

I would except for the part about all the patrons. My favorite Mexican restaurant has all Mexican employees.

Well if all the mexican people are eating @ the Mexican restaurant it must be authentic, which usually means good.

It's probably going to be good food if the patrons are all Mexican, unless it's a bar and they are just there to drink. If it's that much of an issue, but the food is good...get it to go.....
