Is World of Warcraft better or Guild Wars?

I say it is both because Guild wars is free and World of Warcraft is cool.

Well guild wars is free, but doesn't encompass half the depth of play the WoW does. I've played on Darkspear Realm not for almost to year and in Beta before it was released. I have reached lvl 60 a few times and it's still very playable. there's no other game like it or that has more quests and things you can do at any level than WoW, not to menton superior graphics, sound and player interaction. PVP is good too, and if you want total emmersion, try a pvp roleplaying realm.

I have played them both and I liked WoW better.

the environment was nicer to look at. There was more effort into WoW then into guild wars.

but like some said: GW is free and WoW isn't.

WoW is more detailed, beautiful, user friendly and expensive. GW is cheaper - no monthly fee. Their ways of fighting differ and thats one of the main points in WoW you can go alone on a mission and join people in the way where in GW you have to set up your party before going on.
I am playing GW right now because of the no fee thing otherwise I would be playing WoW!

I dont play it but my brother, best fried (guy), and ex do and they are sooooooooooooooooo addicted now!! They say it's the best. And they are both highly addicted to all games like these. So id have to say W.O.W. is the best:P
